Punk'n Geezer consists of 'Geezer' Walt Rowland, playing guitar, and 'Punk' Greg Rowland, playing 5-string Acoustic Bass. Both sing. In the Alaskan tradition, Walt interviewed and auditioned over 500 Bass players* before he concluded that the most qualified candidate was his son, Greg. This technique, called 'Interview Many, Then Pick Your Kid', was pioneered by Alaskan Governor Frank Murkowski, and used to pick a US Senator... For those of you not in Alaska...
